Transparency of the county website
The good
- There is a listing of the current commissioners and how to contact them.[1]
- Lists the county departments and how to contact the head of the department.[2]
- Post very comprehensive information on the planning and zoning department.[3]
- Meeting minutes are posted but can only be found if searched for.[4]
The bad
- While there is no link for the budget, there is a link for getting a license for "Bingo and other small games of chance."[5]
- Post information on how to pay taxes and delinquent taxes but nothing about rates.[6]
